Physical Agility Course tentatively planned to start in Summer/early Fall 2007 depending on when the NYC Fire Department decides to start calling individuals for the Physical Agility Exam.  We typically hold course a couple of months before the exam begins.  Our course will consist of a full scale model of the actual obstacle course on the exam.

Our Physical Agility Course will be held in the western Nassau / eastern Queens area.  The course will be held on the weekends during the summer/early Fall depending on the scheduling of the actual agility exam.  We are currently accepting early registrations due to course having limited spaces available for any candidates who wish to take our NYC Fire Physical Agility Course.

 

 

We are the only school successfully preparing candidates for the NYC Firefighter Physical exams for 35 years.  Our intensive study course is the best program available for serious candidates who want to score 100% on this exam. Course to start in Summer 2007.  The physical agility exam will be conducted in Fall 2007.  We are the school that has held training in the past at the Jamaica Armory, Elmont and in Farmingdale.  Our new facility will be easily accessible from Long Island and New York City (Western Nassau / Eastern Queens border).  Classes are held on the weekend on either Saturday or Sunday for 4 consecutive weekends.  We can only guarantee a spot in the classes if you register early.  If classes do close out, you will receive a refund on your registration fee.  Each Session is 2 1/2 hours long and will consist of technique training for each section of the physical agility exam, tips on improving your time/score, targeted exercises to do at home in order to fully prepare yourself and simulated time trials/practice runs.

The full tuition for the 4 session course is $450.00.  Paid with a registration fee deposit of $200.00 and the balance paid at the first class session.   If you have taken the written course with us (Law Enforcement Service Systems & The Firefighter Training Group) you will receive a discount of $75.00 off the tuition. The discount will be applied at the first class session when you pay the balance of the tuition. 

 

 

Sign up and choose which time preference is good for you.  We will have classes on Saturdays in the morning or afternoon or on Sundays in the morning or afternoon.  By signing up early you will be guaranteed your weekend time preference.
