Refund Policy: The registration fee for any course is used to reserve your seat in class and pay for study materials and is non-refundable. We do issue refunds to any registered student who is called to active military duty and can provide such documentation. All other deposits for our preparatory classes are non-refundable. You may however use your deposit towards another future Law Enforcement Service Systems/Firefighter Training Group preparatory course.
Cancellation Policy: Any course cancellation must be done within 48 hours of class start time. If you cancel your registration for one of our classes we will not issue a refund for the deposit but will allow you to use the deposit towards any future Law Enforcement Service Systems/Firefighter Training Group preparatory course. If you have paid your tuition in full you will be refunded the difference between the full tuition and the deposit which is non-refundable. |
